Product Service
Our warranty covers product return and replacement for the duration of 3 years.
Cause of Return Expiration Timeframe Solutions Remarks
Quality Problem Within 12 months of leaving factory Spare parts will be provided free-of-charge. Repairs are to be performed by the client. Exceptions may apply.
Over 12 months after leaving factory The cost for spare parts is to be paid by the client.
Wrong Delivery Within 30 days of leaving factory We will compensate transportation fees via voucher. The correct delivery will be made.
Customized Product Within 12 months of leaving factory Spare parts will be provided free-of-charge. Repairs are to be performed by the client.
Over 12 months after leaving factory The cost for spare parts is to be paid by the client.
